Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your journal. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship by contacting us at [support email]. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be returned.

Returns

Unused journals in original condition may be returned within [7] days of delivery. Personalised or gift-wrapped items may not be eligible unless damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within [5–7] business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email photos to [support email] within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
